Lab I
Incident Management Transformation
The "Incident Management Transformation" Lab is designed to equip IT professionals with vital strategies for advancing incident management. Participants will explore key components such as PagerDuty Advance, which utilises generative AI to optimise incident response and resolution. The workshop will also delve into Service Ownership/Design to clarify roles and responsibilities, and cover Workflow Automation to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Automation Standardisation and CoE 
Join us for a 2 hour Lab focussing on Automation Standardization and building an Automation COE with PagerDuty, a combination of presentation and hands on exercise (bring your notebooks!) will be used with the aim of building an automation practice across different teams.
  • Build powerful Automation Jobs to run across one or thousands of machines
  • Trigger jobs to run as self service, scheduled, or event driven
  • Get a head start with PDAdvance to build jobs with GenAI & understand logs

Masterclass: Implementation and Operational Maturity

This hands-on masterclass, led by PagerDuty Professional Services, will explore using Operational Maturity to build actionable strategies, advanced technical configurations, and proven best practices from the field to progress from reactive incident management to preventative, AI-powered automated operations. This workshop includes interactive exercises focused on:
  • Optimizing configuration,
  • Refining processes by leveraging automation and AI
  • And fostering a culture of continuous learning to reduce downtime and achieve operational excellence.
